Void Muscle Training Plan

Day-one and week-one schedules. Rotate stats, hatch on purpose, and leave the starter floor when the tick says so.

Training Plan

This is a schedule, not a live tracker. Void Muscle will not ping this page when you unlock a pad. You run the blocks, you tick them in your head, and you stop when the next block would fight DATA FIXED. Pair it with How to Get Stronger for the why, and with the tools hub if you need the rebirth sheet instead.

Day one (about 45–90 minutes)

  1. Join the official place, favorite it, join Rebloxian Studios.
  2. Spawn, find HUD, train each of the three stats once on the starter floor (Getting Started and controls).
  3. Open the codes box. Redeem nothing unless the codes hub shows a proven string.
  4. Leave and rejoin. Confirm the ticks saved. If not, stop and read DATA FIXED.
  5. Run 20 minutes on the best legal pad that is empty. Rotate stats every few minutes (2:1:1 is fine).
  6. Open the pet menu. If a free or cheap egg exists and gems persisted, take one hatch. Equip whatever wins inspect (pets).
  7. Do not rebirth. Do not buy a random pass. Do not paste a script.
  8. Screenshot stats. Log off on a pad you do not grief.

Day one success is a living save and a sense of the three numbers, not a giant avatar.

Week one (repeatable daily block)

Each session, 30–60 minutes:

  • 5 min — rejoin check, group shout, codes hub, title tag.
  • 5 min — pet inspect. Replace the weakest equipped slot if you hatched yesterday (pet tiers).
  • 25–40 min — stand on the current S pad from training tiers. If the pad is queued, hop. 22-player servers are small.
  • 5 min — walk the map once for a new door. If it accepts you and ticks better, that is tomorrow’s S. If not, leave it.
  • optional 10 min — hatch only if you planned gems for it. No panic eggs.

Twice in the week, spend a session on the weakest of the three stats so PvP size fights on Players do not one-shot you.

When to leave the starter floor

Leave the first time a better pad accepts you and ticks faster, not the first time a YouTuber yells island. After a rebirth you will return to spawn on purpose; that is a new day-one, not a failure. The rebirth planner tells you whether this week should even contain a reset. If the answer is no, do not squeeze one in because the schedule looks empty.

AFK windows inside the plan

If you have homework, sit a legal ticking machine or use official auto if you own it (gamepass tiers). AFK on the only new-player bench is not a plan; it is grief. Overnight loaders are autofarm, which is a ToS risk and a DATA FIXED lottery — not a week-one line item.

Weekend checkpoint

Once a week, write down:

  • Three stats and rebirth count (even if zero).
  • Equipped pet multipliers.
  • Current pad letter (S/A/B).
  • Whether the title still says DATA FIXED.

If stats did not move, you were social in the lobby, not training. If they moved then vanished, you have a save problem, not a route problem. If they moved and stayed, copy the same block. Do not invent a new routine because a clan recruiter has a “better grind.”

If a session is only fifteen minutes, skip the map walk and sit the known S pad. Short logins still count; they just should not include a rebirth or a gem dump. Save those for a block where you can rejoin and confirm the save.

Week one is boring on purpose. The gym rewards stacked sessions more than heroic ones. Run the block, hatch only on purpose, and keep the starter floor in the rear-view the moment a better legal tick exists. When week two starts, you should already know which pad is yours without walking the whole void looking for a sign.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers players actually search for in Void Muscle.

How long is the Void Muscle day-one plan?

About 45–90 minutes including a rejoin. Details are on this page; the narrative lives in Getting Started.

When does week one include a rebirth?

Only if the rebirth planner says the multiplier is cheaper than another hour. Not on day one.

Should I AFK the whole week-one block?

Only on a seated legal pad. Active time is for doors, pets, and hops. See training tiers.

What if DATA FIXED wipes a day?

Stop the plan. Recover with DATA FIXED, then restart day one, not week one.

Can I skip pets in week one?

You can, but you should not. One inspect-positive hatch beats a pretty trail. Use Pets before a gem dump.
