Void Muscle Ascend Guide

The left HUD in Void Muscle lists Stats, Ascend, Rebirth, Store, Items, Trade, Index. Players mash Ascend because it sounds like a bigger Rebirth. It is a separate prompt. This page is the wait-or-go checklist. The prestige loop that resets the grind is still rebirth and the rebirth planner.

If the prompt language on your client differs after a patch, trust the live text. The listing still says Void Muscle [DATA FIXED]. After any title tag change, rejoin once and read the prompt before you tap.

Ascend vs Rebirth vs Auto Lift

• Rebirth — spends Strength, pays a multiplier, shrinks the visible grind, unlocks later gyms. Do this on a schedule.
• Ascend — a second left-stack action. Creator clips and HUD labels treat it as a deeper prestige. It is not Auto Lift. It is not a gym teleport.
• Auto Lift — a chip that repeats reps. See Controls.

Never confirm Ascend because a thumbnail said MAX POWER. Open the prompt, screenshot the losses and the gains, then compare to your Hydra copies and Gold Coin pile.

What to screenshot before you tap

1. Items pages (every Hydra-line and Void-line pet).
2. Gold Coins and Gems on the top bar.
3. Current gym door you can still sit — check training tiers.
4. The Ascend prompt itself.

If a limited secret egg or Void Crystal is live, hatch first. Prestige of any kind during a crystal window is how people waste coins.

When to wait

Wait if:

• A new gym just unlocked and you have not sat it. Check Updates.
• You are mid-luck chip or 3x Hatch.
• You have unspent Gold Coins and a crystal stand is up. See Gold Coins.
• You have not done the next cheap Rebirth. Rebirth is the frequent button. Ascend is the rare one.
• A recruiter in clans told you to Ascend for the badge. Badges do not hatch Hydra.

When it can make sense

Go if the prompt shows a multiplier you cannot get from another Rebirth cycle, you have already hatched the live limited, your pets are screenshotted, and the next gym is gated on the far side of that prestige. Still read the loss list. Pets should persist — that is why hatching beats hoarding Strength — but unspent limited currency and some quest stacks might not. See Pets.

Builds around Ascend

Do not respec stats the minute the prompt appears. Sit the highest legal pad, pop the cheap Rebirths, then consider Ascend. A Durability split for Infernal still matters after a prestige if the pad is crowded.

Gamepasses (x2 Strength, 2x Rep Speed) keep paying. They are not consumed by Ascend. See gamepass tiers.

Infernal crowding after a prestige

If you Ascend into a crowded Infernal pad, you will look weaker than the clip that sold you on the button. Hop servers. Sit. Then spend. The training tier list already treats a full S-pad as optional. Prestige does not reserve a seat.

Codes and Fortune still come first

Prestige does not refund skipped Claim or Fortune rolls. Clear the right HUD — codes and group rewards — then look at Ascend. If a same-day patch killed strings, that is expected. If the Ascend prompt itself is blank, rejoin and check DATA FIXED before you tap on mobile.
